Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Your Right to Return (Cooling-Off Period)

In line with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) of South Africa, you have the right to return goods purchased online within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify:

  • Items must be unused, unopened and in original condition

  • All seals must be intact

  • Original packaging must be included

  • Proof of purchase must be provided

To initiate a return, email us before sending anything back.


2. Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind:

  • You must notify us within 7 days of delivery

  • The item must be unused and resellable

  • Return shipping is at the customer’s cost

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • A reasonable handling fee may apply if packaging is damaged

Refunds are processed once the product has been received and inspected.


3. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs of the issue

  • A brief explanation

If the issue is confirmed, we will:

  • Replace the product, or

  • Issue a full refund

Return shipping for verified faulty items will be covered by us.


4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened nutritional products
  • Used supplements
  • Items without original packaging
  • Clearance or promotional items (unless faulty)

5. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 working days for processing after approval

  • Banking timelines may vary depending on your provider

We recommend using a tracked courier service, as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.


7. Exchanges

We do not automatically process exchanges.
If you require a different item, please place a new order once your refund has been confirmed.
